The hotel is clean, with nice staff, and in a perfect location away from noise. There is a cafe with shisha nearby, and the breakfast is acceptable. The hotel receptionist, Ramazan, was good.

I would like to condemm this Hotels managment with all my heart.they made it a very unpleasent stay for me and my family, which we reserved three rooms one month before. They took no notice of our simple requests and demanded us to stay in rooms they wanted to.They gave a double room to our twins aged 22 years old and then changed it into the most noisy room. My room was also a double bed room and when I insisted in single beds they prepared a camp bed! For me.Although he accepted that they've made a mistake ,Manager became very angry and yelled at me and asked me to leave the Hotel if I dont like the arrangements they've made. I have never been treated like this before and became very frustrated during my holiday. We had to go to another Hotel for one night since it became impossible to deal with his nasty attitude! They completly ruined our Holiday! :-((

Location is close to Istiklal road.

1- The Hotel staff are bit lazy, and not very honesty / friendly. 2- I was fighting for three days to change the room from smoking room to non- smoking room as I pre-booked with no respond !!?? 3- All the rooms are smelling cigarettes and there is no non-smoking room as I understand from the staff and you can see the " Ashtrays" in all the rooms. 4- There is a night club next to the hotel which cause allot of noise :-( . 5- the rooms level was not as expected as the feedback from the website description. 6- The rooms floor was not that clean and the hotel service is poor.

This hotel proved to be excellent value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering its prime location near the main shopping street. The central location made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy all the attractions it had to offer. The hotel staff were attentive and provided basic amenities, including comfortable rooms with twin beds and modern furniture. We appreciated the addition of a sofa in the room, which added extra comfort during our stay. The fact that breakfast was included was also a nice touch, ensuring we started our days off on the right foot.

Approach road seems to be difficult as it has a narrow lane but still manageable. Internet access must be allowed to rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel. It was close to all major sites, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were super friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for activities and always up for a nice conversation. The hotel facilities were clean and we appreciate the attention to cleanliness in the rooms. Surprisingly, the noise from the nearby street did not bother us at all. We were able to park our car conveniently on-site and transportation was easily accessible. Breakfast was affordable and delicious with a variety of options.

Unsatisfactory cleaning: the rooms were not well-maintained and cleanliness was not up to par. the facilities were old and outdated, which resulted in a less than comfortable experience.

The hotel had a great location, conveniently close to many attractions. Despite the noise from the main street outside, everything was ok. the rooms were a bit smaller than they appeared in the pictures. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

I had a wonderful stay at Pera Arya Hotel. The location was perfect, being situated between Galata Tower and Taksim, making it easy to explore the city. The room felt like my own studio, and although it was small, it was kept tidy and clean. The breakfast, while not extensive, was enough to fuel me for the day. The staff was friendly and always greeted me with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.
